Well i decided to get back into it after a long time out of it!
hoping to improve my mare for the xc season next year!
had a great day jumping stone walls which is a first for me as i grew up in kent! unfortunatly my mare was not picking up her front feet and bashed her knee wich is now swolen and for the first time ever (in 7 years) is lame... so do we think she will have learnt her lesson?
met some lovely peolple but the guys i went with retired to the pub as his big grey was refusing to jump, so alot of the time i found myself alone
it was also pointed out to me that i was hunting in a show jacket :shocked: and everyone else appeared much warmer in their wooley ones lol :grin: maybe ill get one when my student loan comes!
only thing that was annoying was other peoples horses LOL isnt that always the way my little mare was stood still good as gold and another horse kept backing into me and rubbing its head... rider to busy gabbing to notice so eventually i pushed it away and then she appologised and moved it so no harm done.
anyway all in all a good day, hopefully there will be some pics of me im sooo vain

thankfully my friends at the yard are tending to my lame horsey :smirk:
