First time ebay seller - tips?

What should I include?
What should I be aware of?
Any tips and hints would be great

So far I have 15 pictures of the saddle, with all the minor scuffs, missing stitching on the flaps and I have the measurements and the make of the saddle and I will be adding that it won't be sold with stirrups, leathers or girth etc.

Anything else I should know?
