Attach a rolled up leadrope to your saddle just in case you have any dramas.

Try to find a Pony Club instructor or other responsible adult who can accompany you and make sure you don't get left behind

Take a phone or your parents' number with you

Make sure you have lots of sugary snacks for when you get peckish

thanks for the tips. I will defiantly use them and I will know quite a few people. The meet is on the local estate and we live in the middle of it.

Smile, have fun and watch out for the people who may be on jumpy horses who don't have as good steering or control as you!
