Thanks for all the lovely messages, I have had a problem with my position still not perfect but we seem to have got it together for this one. Did have 1 fall but I was quite glad to as I haven't fallen off him since I got him nearly 2 years ago and it was becoming one of those things that i wanted to get out of the way.

it was a slow motion slide down his neck type of fall so it didn't hurt....thankfully

We actually feel like we are jumping together again, it was a fab day.

Yes his tale is very unusual so all you people who worry about horses rubbing and growing white hairs back sometimes it can make quite a statement.
