So my daughters welsh sec a is getting quite wooly now... The downside is that he's getting very sweaty when worked.
This hasn't been an issue in previous yrs as my daughter was more of a novice and rode less frequently and mainly in walk / trot.
Pony lives out most of the winter- ( does have a stable so can come in if needed) he also in unrugged most of the winter- bar the coldest nights. Field also has natural shelter
So what clip would suit him best?? As I would like him to maintain his living out as much as possible.. He's a good doer and carrying a few extra pounds so I'm not massively worried if he dropped a few thru winter!
Am considering either just his bib out or a low trace clip??
Any advice or opinions gratefully recieved
