Hi!

I am getting a new horse next week - she is fairly fit but has had the past 3 or 4 weeks off work - she could do with loosing a bit of weight and putting on a bit of muscle - what is the best way to go about doing this? I work 9 until 5 week days so i can ride longer on weekends , and will ride for 30 - 60 mins each day in the week - my yard has all facilities.
