Springy has a had a bit of an enforced break due to me moving/starting a new job etc. Whilst she is not vastly unfit she has got a bit tubby and I want to try and tone her up a bit. So suggestions on fitness regimes would be handy! I would like her fit enough to be able to do a one day event by the end of the summer (well that is the aim!)
