Hi, I'm bringing some of mine back into work after roughing off a bit over winter. After initial hacking they are a bit puffed out, but still the energy for spooking! I remember years ago, from 'Pony' magazine (with Freddy the pony for those of you who remember!), there was a brilliant fitness schedule I used to use. I'm interested in what everyone else is sticking to, to get fitness back after a winter break. FYI, we have LOADS of hills (nothing flat here!) and mainly road work. Thanks!
