Hi
I wonder if anyone can help...
I have recently bought a cross over bitless bridle and I am having trouble finding any websites or info on how to fit correctly. I understand that the noseband must be lower than an average bridle, but I need any info on fitting the rest of the bridle.???

Thanx 4 the replys. I have looked on both of these websites already and all they seem 2 say is how to fit the noseband correctly. I am confused as to where the crossover straps should sit correctly and how u know which hole to put them on?

The cross over straps should find their position naturally, behind the jaw bone. I think they should be fitted so as to allow approx 1" beyond the ring, but could be wrong. If you have lost your manual, then download the PDF one on the link given.

For the cross under straps - pull them through so that they are snug against the face and adjust for about 2" space between the ring and where the reins attach. You want them to be able to slacken but not too much. The noseband should be about 2 fingers width up from the corner of the mouth and quite snug. The rest is as per any bridle.

That said it will all depend on the particular one as they are all different. Maybe it would be an idea to contact the retailer for advice?? They should be able to give you the best advice for that particular model.
