She had surgery to fix calcification of her annular ligament, but she had to stay in quite a long time because it was a lot worse than we thought when they opened her leg up and they wanted to make sure she didn't get an infection and keep an eye on her.

One of mine was in for an op to remove a cyst and I hated every minute, worried every second. He was out fairly quickly but also absolutely hated box rest.

With your care and attention she'll be fine and will totally love you for giving her the first day out when she is fit!
