Does anyone have any experience with using flat frog support pads with magi cushion underneath for arthritis? It was something I tried a few years back with my arthritic cob - he couldn't get on with them & we took them off - however I think it was mainly due to the change in the shape of the feet when we put them on (as instructed by the vet). When we took him back to his more natural shape he seemed much happier & we haven't had any issues since (his arthritis is carefully managed). However, we have done a few days hunting this year & I am very conscious of the trot work on roads so have decided to give the pads another go for extra cushioning... (I'll see what he makes of the today) Just interested if it's something anyone else has tried & had sucess with?
