I understand that it is very important for dressage and showjumping but how would you get your r instructor or a different instructor explaining how you would do that for a young horse or a young pony

how would you explain that to a young rider or a rider who was parity deaf or was paralysed on their right hand side

An instructor should know it’s important if they don’t know that they are a pretty poor instructor . As for the deaf rider, you might need sign language or some other form of communication for the deaf rider but the paralysed rider you could discuss it with them as normal.
