Flatwork trainers recommendations in Herts/Bucks area

I'm looking for a dressage trainer that is down to earth and affordable but still good.
In the West Herts area so anywhere surrounding, also ideally available to come to me during the day on weekdays if poss as being at the yard all day then having a lesson at night is killing me off while it's cold and wet!

Any ideas would be great

she is really good very encouraging and has lots of success with young horses.
she is doing really well in competition at the moment and has clients competing very successfully from prelim / young horse classes up to Advanced Medium, and training up to PSG.

She has good facilities at home or she may travel depending on where you are.
