fleas?

Frontline?
That's what I use on my ESS regularly and we've never had a problem with fleas. Ticks on the other hand....nightmare. Grrrr.

either frontline or the johnsons tablets work ok but you'll need to disinfect everything in your house (if he goes inside) as they breed in your furniture not on your pets. get a flea comb and comb them all out , frontline or tablets and hopefully they'll go . one of my cats brought them into the house once and it took ages to get rid of them completely.

Frontline works really well and I agree about getting a comb and combing them out.

I have recently seen foggers that you can set off in a room and they kill everything small and crawly in there. They were about £8 for two cans. You set them off, shut up the room and leave for a couple of hours. Well worth doing as getting rid of them from your house is a nightmare. May need to repeat this process in a couple of weeks though to catch any newly hatched eggs - though I expect this would be explained in the instructions.

Frontline or stronghold for the dog and repeat at correct intervals.....and as Kibob says do your house, esp curtains carpets, beds and skirting boards, dog bed e,t,c then repeat...u have no hope of ridding of the fleas without treating the house....with something like acclaim or indorex.

you'd need a prescription for the spray. only the plain spot-on frontline is pharmacy regulated. the rest are POM. the spot-on is much less hassle than the spray anyway and works fine.
