So a couple of weeks ago I noticed my do(kerryblue terrier) scratching and biting her tummy and found a couple of fleas on her. Have never had them before and have always used frontline spot on, so I went out and bought some and applied it but nearly two weeks later I'm still noticing the odd one on her. I've been recommended advocate but had conflicting advice from vets and advocate themselves as to when I can apply. Spoke to vet on the phone who said I can apply it now and when I picked it up I was told I had to wait 3 weeks. I emailed advocate who said it can be used as soon as 48 hours after frontline. Now I'm worried about when to apply and as we go away this week I don't want to leave the dog if she still has fleas! Argh so confused as anyone else had this problem. Thanks.
