Fleece Rugs???

I'm looking for a really thick 6ft fleece rug for the pony, but I can't seem to find one anywhere!
Last week, after I'd ridden in college I put a really nice thick, fleece stable rug on the horse I was riding. It was a Newmarket stripe one, just like a big thick cooler!
Kicking myself for not looking what kind it was!
Just wondering if anyone knows were I can get one?? Doesn't really matter about colour or cost, but would like one for the ponio -after he gets clipped!

I believe Rambo and Masta do a newmarket fleece....

Rambo do a beautiful Newmarket fleece - but I think they are about £70 or so, which I wasn't prepared to spend on a fleece! I got a Weatherbeeta Newmarket stripe style (bright blue, navy & white stripe I think) for about £40 last year.

If you want a thick fleece - try the Mark Todd deluxe fleece.

yes its the rambo - such a thick fleece! My connie would get too hot in it but i always have a quick stroke when i go into the tack shop!

It is most definitely the Rambo Newmarket fleece, my mare has the blue stripe one and being grey looks gorgeous in it. Its perfect for her being fully clipped. My gelding has the Mark Todd deluxe one and that too is really nice.

Try Ebay, you will probably get one there.

LOVE my Rambo Newmarket fleeces - never come across another fleece that compares favourably. Got one in chocolate and navy. Could snuggle up in them myself.
I've bought both of mine second hand on eBay in immaculate condition.

I bought a beautifully thick John Whitaker fleece from YHL yesterday - a complete bargain at £25! Fits great & my lad is sporting it tonight in his stable & is toasty!

i hav the Mark Todd deluxe which is fab and so are the comfort zone fleeces with the same rolled over neck as the MT's

The one you're referring to is very likely to be the Rambo newmarket fleece, lovely!
The premier equine ones are also a nice thickness and good quality.

Any reviews of the 'Equenox Baltic' fleece/cooler? Looks nice and may also fit the bill, I quite fancied one for the pony but not sure if they are as nice as the fancy website...
