fleshy lump..?

hi, any comments much appreciated.

new horse has got a really soft fleshy pocket just behind his chin, it doesnt appear to be painful and cant find anything in his mouth (gonna get dentist though) hes got fleshy cheeks, but its odd ive not seen owt like it before, its a little wobbly pocket of flesh but its in the way for putting a flash strap on, which id like to do as soon as dentist been cos he goes round with his gob wide open!!lol

have you any ideas?

Did you have vetting before purchase or did you see it before you purchased?

my pony sometimes gets these, iv always put it down to glands- maybe if the grass is coming through? i doubt its anything to worry about but best get it checked anyway!
