Hi

I’m looking to buy some new stirrups. And as I’m now the wrong side of 50 where everything is starting to ache and creak I’m thinking Flexi stirrups, I tried some my daughter has at the weekend and really liked them. (I think they were stubborn ones) Ive looked at the sprenger bow ones but recommendations welcome. I dont want to buy some cheap tat that falls apart within a month.

I bought a pair of Sprengers a few years ago. They're not the bow balance ones. They've worn well and really help my knee pain. They were expensive but I found some in Germany that were cheaper even with the postage and packing costs.

My riding instructor gave me a pair of sperenger ones, free! She was far too kind a lady. I really feel the difference between them and bog standard irons in my knees and hips.
