I love my Sprengers, wouldn't change back now. I used to get sore ankles, and pins and needles in my feet, but not anymore

they are alloweed in the show ring and are absolutely brill for relieving pressure on the joints. Check out the funnell ones made by royston products omly about £30 and just as good as the more expensive ones. Pm me for a link

I've got the sprenger ones and found my riding has really improved. The force going down through my legs when riding is released through the flexion of the irons rather than causing a stiffness and ache in my ankles. I didn't like them at first (felt odd) but now I love them. I would have thought these would be OK for show ring, I will use them when showing this yr.

I have a pair of multi linked sprenger copies. They have the bike chain rather than just one joint so much more flexible than some other copies. Wonderful knees are a million times better and no where near as stiff when I get off when using them! don't know why I waited so long to buy them but had them a year now and wouldn't go back through choice!
