My sister is not tech savvy and when it comes to ordering stuff online, I usually do it. Bless her, back in October she was all proud of herself when she told me that she had ordered something online for her daughters birthday from Derby House.
Bet you are groaning too. I laughed and said that no way would her daughters gift arrive in time for her November birthday.
Fast forward to last Saturday. Several phone calls, several broken promises no item and finally a cancelled order. I found a very similar item on the Rideaway site and quite simply one phone call and the order arrived yesterday. Fab service.
My question is, how does this company survive and how do those telesales operatives just fob people off day after day.
Of course my sister won't be ordering from DH again.
