because of some hideous things going on in my personal life I have not had the time or energy to take Flodden showing since November. but I am determined to get back on track so I groomed him and took him showing today. My new clippers arrived last week and as previous post i loved them. For the first time ever I did a trim I was proud of, he looked good (even tho I say so myself) and I had no expert help 
We went to the show and he was so good, 3 months off and he still rememberd what he had to do and we came away with 2 seconds and a best beddy pup .
We met a lady who i met at my first show and we had a lovely chat, and made plans for future shows and also met another first timer, which made me feel less like a total novice, I was actually able to trim her dog a little and offer grooming suggestions I was an expert in her eyes i did correct that thought
Got back and Flodden is shattered, fell asleep sitting up
i do love this little pup.
