Got to field tonight, horses been in as field as so wet and they just stand at gate all day, and the ditch was overflowing (it's normally 5ft deep!!!) and water was all flowing straight through field gate past stables, so i frantically made barricades/trenches to divert water from going in one of the stables, after 20mins the ditch had stopped overflowing, i am now terrifed it'll rain more before it has had chance to all drain away!

There is a barn on next farm that has some partitions in for two stable type pens (I have three horses so that first problem) and one has dust allergy and there is straw stored in the barn, it is also much further from home (3x further) what to do??? should i stay put and hope be ok or should i speak to farmer about moving them tomorrow?

I know someone who's horse had to be rescued from his stable, when they found him chest deep in water a few years ago. He was none the worse for his adventure, but it could have been a different story if they hadn't have checked on him when they did. I agree with Henryhorn, rug them well and leave them out. Hope it sorts itself out soon. They are such a worry!!!
