Can anyone recommend some arena floodlights that DONT need to be connected to mains electricity? And that don’t break the bank!

Have you looked at solar-powered/rechargeable work lights? You might need a few.

Solar LED security lights light should do the job. Screwfix/B&Q/Amazon sell them.

Peoples variations of price vary enormously.
