Flooring in mobile stables?

Hello
We will be moving to a rented small holding shortly.
The stables have been put down onto the grass. We are looking for solutions for flooring underneath rubber matting inside to prevent sinking. Thank you in advance

We are about to install gateway mats in our field shelter and then put rubber matting on top.

I have used both rubber and EVA mats directly on earth
As long as the ground has been firm to start with they've been fine

if it’s level and firm i’d put them into grass. I have planings under mine but that’s because the floor is lower than the outside at the back and water was coming under.

Of they were installed with earth floors originally, is there a possibility they'll be fine left as earth? I have stabled twice on all draining earth floors and they were brilliant, much less wet bed to take out.

I have rubber mats in my field shelter directly onto the earth and no problems.
