A few weeks ago Mums horse had his teeth done and ever since his bottom lip has been all floppy and he's been dribbling!
Last night we bought him in and on one side of his mouth his gum was a ll pink and floppy. I had a prod around in his mouth and found a hard lump, bit lit a big zit on the inside of his top lip. He didnt seem too bothered about me poking it, but it defo wasnt right. So, not wanting to rush off and call the vet, Im thinking of twitchimg him tonight and having a good look as I think some thing is stuck in it and I may be able to get ti out myself. What does everyone think? He isnt bothered by is to ride.

My new horse had his teeth done recently and his bottom lip is now far more floppy. I put this down to him feeling a lot more comfortable in his mouth and he also had a hard lump on the inside of his cheek where the hooks had been catching him and a couple of scars inside his lower lip, although I don't know what had caused these.
