Anyone know where I can get a yellow, waterproof, fluorescent exercise sheet with a tail flap?

Sorry to borrow your post but does anyone one know where I can get a bright fleece exercise sheet? Found a lovely one today which was bright yellow with reflective strips but was wrap around which I don't like and also too expensive! Have a waterproof one but pony scared of the noise of it on windy days...!!

I bought a used one on e-bay, not a wrap around, goes under the saddle with a thin fleecy lining.
