I am afraid I am not pro hunt however I am open minded and I would someone explain something for me. Is it the case that it is illegal to use dogs to flush wild mammals from cover unless they are shot? I questioned LACS about this on there facebook page and they seem very sensitive about it and immediately deleted my post and banned me? Thanks for your help!

Basically yes, Mr. Bradshaw has extensively tested this argument with LACS and they get rather touchy about the subject as it reminds them that the Hunting Act, which they believed would spell a bright new future for animal welfare is actually a mish mash that causes more harm than good.
