Fly/midge control in stable

I am looking for suggestions for fly/midge control for the stable. Any suggestions for getting rid of the pests? We have very few flies as yard is immaculate. But my horse is very sensitive. She is treated orally for sweat itch but looking for bug Sapper or mist machine to keep her fly free. Any suggestions? Many thanks!

Wipe her over with Avon Skin So Soft dry oil, (green label)
worked a treat with ours last year, I also sprayed my hair with it when poo
picking, I have stocked up for this year

Why not try the big fly papers available from most feed merchants. Hang them up high out of the way and then let them do their thing. Non toxic and not too expensive.

Eeek, an expensive option!!! LOL. Would hope it would work for that cost.

Midges are a pain. I'm spraying mine with Deosect ATM and using udder cream around very sensitive parts like between hind legs and udder area.
