Ones which have a big chest and don't rub?

I have a derby house and a Rambo fly rug and BOTH severely rub her chest, sides and bum (both 5'9 and have turnouts in Rambo which got perfect) and that's with a anti rub vest on!
She's only 14.2, but has big chest and most rugs rub because she's grey (well white) it shows up so much as her skins back, so she has huge black marks all over!
She has thin hair and gets bitten alive without one!

I need a new one.. Which doesn't rub and fits nicely? And I don't want to waste anymore money.
Ideas?

Why don't you just try her in a summer sheet? Weatherbeeta do a Koolcoat one which is supposed to reflect the sun (or they used to anyway).

Try going a size larger, that's what I do with my weirdly shaped, brick-****-house-wide 14.2 Friesian cross (who takes a 6'3" rug!!!, so that's a 6'6" fly sheet)
