Fly spray

I’m currently using deosect every 2 weeks on my tb to try and help with flies and he’s still getting really worked up about them. Can anyone recommend a fly spray or treatment that works? He has a fly rug, a nose net, a fly mask and a ride on rug too. Thanks in advance
