I flew my horse back from AUstralia with international race horse transport IRT. they took care of everything and it cost £5500.

3 years ago i imported a young horse from the us and it cost around £5000 including tax. the arrangements from this end were john parker international ltd from sussex. i am sure they will give you a quote or any information you need.

My friend just moved her 2 horses at cost of 12k so 6k per animal.
her dog was £1500 too - ouch

I have been told it is harder to send a mare over there as they need to go into quarantine, is this true? I thought all horses had to go into quarantine?
