So its been 4 weeks. The first week box rest and twice daily 15min cold water hosings (I timed them)! The second week walking out in hand for 10 mins, (still hosing once a day). The third week walking out under saddle 15 mins and this week 20 mins. So far so good. EXCEPT ....Today, the fool felt good and when we turned for home he went UP UP UP! Two massive rears, lots of squealing and a huge buck. Now what the hell am I supposed to do about that? He seems ok, he is turned out after his exercise in a tiny paddock for 3 hrs a day but luckily is too greedy to bomb about, he just eats. Hope he will be ok, legs seem fine tonight. What a worry. x

Glad to hear your boy is in the mend and feeling full of beans
