foal names!

well she's done it,, managed to get her self pregnant :L oh dear,, so anybody got any other ideas for foal names

How did she manage to get herself preggers? Lovely surprise though.
As to names what are the names of mare and stallion, could you use something based on them? What breed/ cross will it be?

stalion trampled though several fences. he's a welsh b/c and she's a welsh d. mares name is misty- she's bay and his is eeyore and he's grey:L same i love helequin too :L

Are youngsters were called Beau (long story), Mae after Mae West as she is so gorgeous & born 5 mins after May day, & Pip (Dickins, Great Expectations)

When is the foal due ? good luck with it all, if your anything like I was when my mare was in foal you'll have chewed your fingernails down to your elbows and have became a silver fox by the end but then hopefully like mine it'll all go smoothly and to plan.

Right names, I have to be honest I hadn't even thought of any names before my filly came but as soon as she hit the ground, hubby thought of a name and it just suited her, you may find the same happens to you, you might even pick one and then when it's born is doesn't suit, good luck whatever you chose its a very exciting time.

I'd wait and see what you get before you agonize over names. You've a 50% chance the foal will be grey, neither parent is 'coloured' so you're looking at a solid coloured baby. Good luck - the people who use the breeding forum will be happy to give you advise on what will be a steep learning curve.
