No, we are still in the dark. It was obviously toxic infection of some kind but the water tested negative, so did the test for cryptospiridium, salmonella, ecoli, various infections that affect calves etc, even a pig disease was looked at, the only thing left is a test result for lawsonia..
Very obscure infection but tested for nevertheless. I even panicked about using spot on fly repellant but vet says couldn't be that.
His coat is still falling out in handfuls so we aren't safe yet, but he is better than he was. Tonight the little beast cantered round the stable when I atempted to spray the tea tree stuff on him!
