Foal - what/how much

what feed and how much do you feed your 2021 foal?

currently use red mills foal/yearling mix, beets and mash plus a little olive since he is a bit skinny.

It depends on his breeding, expected height, condition etc. I'd give the feed companies a call for advice.

My KWPN is expected to make 16.2hh he's on ad-lib hat, good grazing, top spec stud balancer and alfalfa.

My PRE will probably make 16--something. He is on Top Spec stud balancer, with a little bit of a mix. He is fat and fluffy.
