Heres my 9 week old foal, not the most attractive foal bless her (i think she looks a little 'alien' like at the moment whilst she turns grey!)

Anyway, she was a complete suprise so i have no idea who dad is.. mum is 14.1hh and as you can see baby is rapidly catching up.. around 11hh at the moment.

Have a guess how big you think she may be? I have not a clue.. so lookng for others expertise!

A rather unhappy mum as baby was prancing around previous and got a telling off for straying too far

i agree with that, it does look cobby in its body.
 
lol, mums a gyspy cob.. i think judging by her build dad was probably same sort of cobby/well built type... but how big?

At a guess 14.3 h.h.
They say that if you measure the distance from the middle of the fetlock joint (from the side) to the olecranon process (point of elbow), and then run the tape measure upwards from the point of elbow for the same distance, that's where the top of the withers will be.
Seems to work...
