foaling due dates

I have never been given a due date for my foal and I am getting a bit confused how to work it out. She was AI'd from the 25th to 28th June inc last year and then scanned at 16 and 30 days.
If any one asks I just say end of May!!. would appreciate opinions on dates. Thanks

Im afraid they have them when they are ready is the frustrating answer, they dont read the book. We just go for 11 months which would make yours around 28th May. However we have had them three weeks early and a month late. I get obsessive with the mares bag and teats, a lot dont wax up so its a bonus if they do but once again dosnt always follow. If you are lucky the mares behaviour will change but not always. We have just had a mare foal ten days eary with no warning my husband was outside her box rearranging her CCTV when down she went and tenmins later a foal!
