Where the best places to look for foals for sale in the Essex/Suffolk area?

Must make 16hh plus and not a cob. Sensible budget for the right one.

A REPUTABLE stud who breeds the sort you want! I don't know of any studs in your area, but if you're interested in IDs or ID sport horses you could take a trip to the west Midlands and see a dozen of the little poppets (and their sires, and dams, and siblings - including some thet are now backed and going on!) :D

I would go direct to the breeders. Do you have a breed or type in mind? What do you want the horse to do when he is all grown up?

Horsequest have a youngstock section to give you an idea of what's out there

Unfortunately many reputable studs have stopped breeding in this financial climate
You re then left with dubious places breeding suubstandard stock. We are looking for a coloured 2yr old with good dressage lines, and have found theres few breeding from recognised stallions or decent mares. Might have to look in Holland....

Writtle stud breed some nice types.
Sensible budget is hard to guess at but Groomsbridge stud - sallyf on here - may know of something. They are Newmarket based.

Such a sad statement for British breeders to hear,
