Just interested if anyone has anything out of a mare called Romanno Donnali? (Donnerhall x Donnerwetter). Their trainablity etc.

Also anyone got any Hohenstein prodgeny? Ive heard they are good to train and have nice temperments.

Reason im asking is im interested in a foal (not born yet, due april 2007) out of the above mare and by Hohenstein. Trying to support british breeding and all that!!

The trakehner stud where i bought my 2005 filly had a few graded broodmares by hohenstein. They were lovely, very typey and have produced some cracking foals so far in their careers!!

The Hohenstein colt I worked with was out of a HG mare who was out of Herzblatt (who they lost, she was lovely) and by Pascal. He was like a 10y.o gelding, Mal could take him out of the youngstock barn, tie him up - in mid winter (cold and windy) and brush him with all of the babies still in the barn. He was a babe! So I'd have thought the temp would be lovely.
