Folliculitis

Hi there, my horse has been diagnosed with Folliculitis I have got malaseb shampoo to wash him in and his rugs have all been washed but its still not gone completely, the vets did say that it can take a while to go, anyone got any tips for management

As we are due a mild spell, I would try and keep rugs off, even if for a few hours a day, to let the horses skin breath.
