Follow on from eBay dispute about tack

Well have not heard a peep from the buyer!!!! Just waiting for eBay to close the case and free up my account... She was trying it on all along. It will be 28 days on Tuesday she has not responded to eBay requests to settle or return so I presume she gave up the argument.

Exactly the same as me over the new Loveson boots I was selling,buyer received them, no word from them so assumed they were happy then after a month I get an ebay dispute thrown at me. The buyer had kicked off over them trying to say they were the wrong size (they weren't) AFTER A MONTH OF HAVING THEM!
Paypal froze my funds so I couldn't touch some of my money as the buyer was returning them for refund, never heard another thing from the buyer and she didn't return the boots as promised.
I think the scammers like to sit it out just to annoy us as they realise we are not going to give in and they haven't won, it's their pathetic little power game.
I hope they close your case and free up your money
