Ok so im mad we have established that! Need some games ideas for birthday party with min props required, remember we are adults on horses and maybe not that agile!!! oh yeah and possibly had small drink! Any ideas!!!!

pole bending? You can use electric fence posts for that.
the walk and trot one is tricky, cos your all trying to walk and trot as fast as possible but as soon as it breaks you have to turn a circle!

Bucks Fizz Race. Mount up, charge to the far end as fast as you can, round cone and back, hop off, drink huge tumbler of Bucks Fizz as fast as you can, re-mount, charge up and charge back again. People get so competitive they have Bucks Fizz coming out of their noses, ears, everywhere! Take a camera!
