MOst of the yards round Peebles will allow all year, its extra money after all! It would be a hell of a lot to rent your own yard and comes with a good few downsides like there often wouldn't be someone on site, you would have to source your own hay etc which may well be a more costly and difficult exercise than you'd expect. I know Winkstone certainly allow all year and pretty certain Crookstone do too.
