I posted recently about my friend's horse who was being scoped for Gastric Ulcers well, they found just two tiny ones and vet doubts they are causing her weight loss problem. Having said that, they have put her on gastroguard for a short while. However, from her blood results they've shown she's very anemic so now how medication for that.

Vet also recommends she gets a physio to check her over - I'll post seperately about that rather than ramble
