As a follow on from my previous thread about part loaning. I'm set to write up the advert but im not entirely sure of how much of my mares quirks or which ability rider i should be aiming the advert at? ill try and explain what shes like, and please could somebody help me decide which parts to include?
Ridden: Arena work she is fab never bucks or rears etc. If your not confident she'll just decide to canter off and bomb around the arena until she decides to stop and can be very very strong. however if you are she will engage herself correctly working lovely through her hindquarters and drop her head in to an outline, also works soft in the mouth.
Jumping she is the most honest mare i have met. Gets herself out of trouble and will jump anything from a stand still. Is forward in to the jump and can canter off after the jump and so you need to keep her steady.
Hacking in company can be spooky and strong however will follow other horses and is basically an angel in company. Alone however she is very very nappy and very very strong. She is coming on leaps and bounds but i need somebody to continue this with her as if you dont keep your leg on you will be back home without getting 100 yards. She is also spooky and looks at everything alone. Once again is improving but she needs to carry on progressing with an able rider.
On the ground she is a typical mare. Bites when you put up the girth however once again she has improved a lot. To lead she is like a dog and once she knows you she will come over. If she doesnt like you or doesnt trust you she will bite and sometimes kick however when she gets to know you she will fall asleep in your arms and follow you around the field.
Please help, im sorry for the huge explanation just want to make sure i put the correct wording both in the advert and for people inquiring. She means a lot to me and ive already put a lot of work in to her manners and i would hate for that to be ruined as she runs rings around you if she can. obviously not a beginners horse but maybe someone looking for more experience?
