Following another thread - how much would you pay for..

A 3-4 acre field, stream fed, good fencing and shelter with own separate access from our fields.

How much would you expect to pay for that a month? We are about 5mins from the local RC/Competition venue. Do you think this would be best rented as a whole or per horse?

Not sure then but here in north Wales I think you would expect to pay around 10k an acre for what you describe

I am on the welsh/shrops borders and rent out a 3 acre field with own water supply for £20 a week. If it had a shelter I would charge £25-£30 per week.

I would try to rent it as a whole as the more people involved, the more problems that may arise! I would also put a limit on the number of horses you want on it.
