My stables was broken into last Wednesday evening - We are based in Stratton Audley which is a little village near Bicester.

They got through the gate on the road and cut the lock open, in which they stole a Trailer which had a wheel lock on it but they managed to get that off, and they also got into our tack room which has a re-inforced Steele Door and a Banham Lock but they cut through all of it with an A Grinder, stole in total 15 saddles all leather left the non leather ones, left our bridles and took clippers.

So this was people who knew what they were doing the police does not think it was the typical gypsy type as they would of taken everything like rugs etc, these sort of people were just wanting Saddles and a trailer and things they could make money on, now the saddles they also did not take one leather saddle becuase it was not a very good make and not english leather so again they knew saddles!!

That night another yard was broken into which was in launton village they killed her poor doggie, not sure if it was the same people but they are only 10 mins up the road.

The police did say to us that they did the village at this time last year.

The police are coming round to stamp all of our saddles once they have been replaced so if anyone wants the details just PM me.

Be on the look out as they are about at the moment.

North Oxfordshire mainly.

And if anyone please gets offered a load of saddles please let me know

Our tack repairer has started putting in Saddle Trac microchips
Your new saddles may come with these but if not that plus postcode must help to trace them
Your Police Force should be able to Smartwater a possible target premises or you can do it yourselves.
I can only imagine how angry you must all feel.
