If there was a website that you could look up anything equestrian on regarding bad experiences, would you check it out or just go with your gut feeling?
There must be a way of getting round being sued, as long as you could back up your experiences with proof surely?!
Also the company/ person in question could also leave their side of the story too!

No. I'd just search on HHO.

i think so long as you only deal with fact it is good to question. critical appraisal can lead to greater knowledge and an improvement in standards

It would be good if you got a site rating purchases etc and customer service.

For instance I can say I've had really good customer service from the Likit company, and excellent service from Westgate (Who make the Mark Todd/Olympian/Jumpers Horse Line stuff) following difficulties with one of their products, where the resolution from them has totally made up for what I think are isolated issues - as on the whole their reputation and quality of products is brilliant...

BUT I can't say what rubbish customer service I had over Christmas from a particular "saddlery" selling something that was not as described and doing bot all to resolve it.

Somewhere where you could give say star ratings and feedback on (a) the product (b) the service and (c) how good they are when things go wrong - would be brilliant.

Especially if you can use it so people know what dealers and insurance companies to steer clear of!

Mind you, a certain he with bad spelling and a habit of making up his own press would probably join to sing his own praises...
