Where is the best place to buy reasonably priced horse stuff from? I have had a look on ebay and as I am slowly kitting out a new horse it seems it will cost a fortune even though I'm not looking at the most expensive rugs etc. Are there any good websites where I good take a look and either order online or over the phone that won't quibble when I ask for the VAT off?

Oh sorry forgot to mention that I'm in the Channel Islands so we don't have to pay VAT!

For cheap stuff to get you started I really think that you can't beat robinsons. Also try Saxon rugs, I wanted a cheap combo, it was £40 and my mare has worn it all winter it is still as good as new.

Right then will take a look at Robinsons. postage costs from them used to be really high - thats what put me off looking there but if there rugs are that good then it would be worth it

Just ordered two riding hats from Robinsons and because we are classed as Highlands and Islands where I am - it was £6.95 (I think) for postage ! Eak !
