He's really pulled his dressage scores up. That mare is a total babe too which helps!!

Rex (Mr Alligator) normally leads after the dressage so not sure what went wrong there. He's Cinda's reserve horse in case Brit injures herself before Hong Kong.....
 
Alligator is the one that used to be at your yard wasn't it, he was the one by Robertstown Boy? Wow you do get all these top horses coming through your yard!!

Yes, saw that Alex did pretty well at Barocca, things certainly do seem to be improving!

Some come back for their fittening work but we never get them for the exciting bits

His sponsors bought them..... 6 in total but one killed itself last month so he's got 5. Limbo's not going to be sound in time for the olympics so thats 4 to choose from.

I dont think so, his dad is a chinese businessman and fairly important over there so he may have connections but the main two men involved arent family
 
seems like alex is doing well. Bossanova - how come you know so much about alex? Yeh clayton told me he had 7 horses to qualify from and knew limbo wouldn't make it in time. i like magenta, seems like real nce horse!
 
Great news for Jo May in that she is equal 6th to Lucinda on Headley Brit.
Rodney Powell is also pretty hot up their in the scores.
Fingers crossed for her in that she does really well.
 
Does this count as a qualifing run for Alex? Where does he need to finish/score?

I am not sure about the criteria for the chinese qualifying. The brits have to have done a 4* unless they have truly exceptional results at 3* like Tina Gifford/Rodney Powell.

Right have found the criteria -
The chinese get 2 riders but they have to be qualified in following way.

Completed 4* with not less than 50% dress, 20 faults xc, 16 SJ
Completed 3* and CIC3* with above results.
They have until 30th June to achieve that.
